Like many 2016 Volkswagen models, the Passat receives the new and intuitive MIB II touchscreen infotainment system. Not only does it include USB connectivity, but it also has available VW Car-Net App-Connect that allows for the integration of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. New high tech features also come in the form of safety and driver assistance. All models will come standard with the Automatic Post-Collision Braking System, and depending on the trim level you select, you could have your model equipped with such features as Forward Collision Warning and Autonomous Emergency Braking, Blind Spot Monitor with Rear Traffic Alert, Lane Departure Warning and Adaptive Cruise Control.
