California Lutheran University 48-Hour Spring 2019 Film Jam
California Lutheran University is hosting a 48-hour film jam, a competition open to the entire campus. Teams made up of directors, writers, cinematographers, editors and actors are assigned a prop, a line of dialogue and a movie genre and must create a film within 48 hours that incorporate all three elements. The Film Jam starts at 7 PM on Friday and ends 7 PM Sunday. Admission is free for all to attend.
The 2019 John L. Notter Family Boys & Girls Club Grand Opening
On Wednesday, March 20th, the John L. Notter Family Boys & Girls Club will be hosting a ribbon cutting ceremony and grand opening. The new club is the latest in a larger network of Boys & Girls Clubs located throughout the Conejo Valley. Community members are encouraged to attend for a free tour of the facility, complete with free refreshments. The club is located at 233 W. Gainsborough Road.
